Our products are widely used in the most critical semiconductor processing areas and by the world’s top flat panel display and solar PV equipment suppliers. We have extensive intellectual property, both inside and outside powersupply. We are a dedicated partner throughout the development cycle. We listen carefully to our customers and then apply decades of deep technology leadership and focused R&D to supply a fundamental building block for the process application. Our next-generation RF delivery systems feature the Paramount^® family of RF generators. They are the products of choice for leading etch suppliers’ next-generation processing, offering higher repeatability on shorter CVD film deposition steps. The Ascent^® DC Power System, the latest addition to our market-leading power portfolio, has been chosen as the default standard by leading PVD tool manufacturers as a result of its improved product yield, reduced defects and enhanced film repeatability.

AE Renewables

is driving the adoption of solar by lowering the levelized cost of energy (LCOE) for our customers. By providing reliable, easy-to-install Solaron^® and PV Powered^TM inverters and SiteGuard^® whole-site O&M services, AE enables utility-scale, commercial, and residential solar project developers to maximize the lifetime value of their power plants.
