Optimized printing results due to “Advanced Print Positioning (APP)”:
APP is the innovative technology by JRT that meets modern requirements for new cell concepts such as selective emitter, double print, EWT and MWT. JRT’s revolutionary approach to pattern recognition allows printing directly on given structures. APP aligns automatically to any pre-process structure. APP allows easy and fast screen changes using a self-calibration system, even when high accuracy is required.
Optimized printing results due to the Functional Paste Printer:
Thanks to the unique JRT soft print technology, any paste can be printed with great precision. The very flexible parameter set-up of theJRT patented print head allows printing using pastes with wide variations in paste rheology. This opens the door to new processes.
Optimized printing results due to “Process Quality Control (PQC)”:
The PQC is a newly developed system by JRT for controlling the screen printing process.
The system allows monitoring of screen quality deterioration and measuring of the printed line width and print position in order to optimize the process. In specific areas, the finger width can be detected with a tolerance of + –2µm. The PQC system generates a signal for the operator, based on the set-up, as soon as one of the specified tolerances is out of specification.
The latest JRT developments, APP, Functional Paste Printer and PQC, are the perfect base to support the development of new cell concepts.
