SAP Solar is an automation company which has been producing equipment and complete manufacturing lines for the photovoltaic industry for more than ten years.

SAP Solar offers in-house products for all main stations in a module factory: cell classifiers, stringers, layouts, film cutting machines, laminators, solar simulators, electroluminescence inspection stations and sorting stations.

Its experience and organization allows SAP Solar to deliver and commission turnkey lines on a global basis. These lines belong to three families depending on the customer, project and requirements:

• simplified line: 10 MW with lower automation
• evolutive platform: 25 to 50 MW with flexibility in capacity ramping
• high productivity line: 75 to 100 MW with a higher level of automation

For new players in the photovoltaic field, SAP Solar has developed a specific range of services:

• long-term training of the customer team, both at our training center in Spain and on the customer line
• accelerated certification process based on pre-validated module designs
• support with sourcing raw materials and close contracts with providers
