teamtechnik’s extensive practical experience with string soldering machines led to the STRINGER TT 1200 – a high-speed production system with a very low breakage rate of less than 0.1 – 0.3%. The modular machine concept enables the integration of two and three busbar technologies and the processing of various cell sizes and cell types. All teamtechnik stringers feature non-contact, controlled soldering technology with IR light or lasers.

The resulting strings offer convincing geometrical quality, linearity, length and cell gaps with excellent cell and ribbon positioning.

teamtechnik uses a unique hold-down device in its systems to separate the actual soldering process from the handling process. This guarantees 1,200 cycles/hour on a single track – a technology being used successfully throughout the world, with a stringer capacity of more than 6 GWp. Therefore, teamtechnik is the world market leader in stringer technology.

In addition, teamtechnik offers complete systems for 50 MW production. These flexible systems consist of two STRINGER TT 1200s and a proven layup with an integrated 6-axis robot.

Based in Freiberg, Germany, teamtechnik also provides successful automation solutions to the automotive industry and for medical technology.
